It all began with a group of dedicated volunteers who were frustrated by the litter and fly-tipping littering our countryside, pathways, curbs, and virtually any area where people frequent. To capture the attention of those responsible for curbing this pollution, we decided to establish an Independent Review Committee (IRC). This committee aims to highlight the pressing issue to Peterborough City Council and ensure that when committed to addressing littering and fly-tipping, tangible actions are taken.
