It all began with a group of dedicated volunteers who were frustrated by the litter and fly-tipping littering our countryside, pathways, curbs, and virtually any area where people frequent. To capture the attention of those responsible for curbing this pollution, we decided to establish a Independent Review Committee (IRC). This committee aims to highlight the pressing issue to Peterborough City Council and ensure that when committed to addressing littering and fly-tipping, tangible actions are taken.
