The Independent Review Committee (IRC) is an enthusiastic local voluntary group in Peterborough dedicated to tackling the growing challenges of litter and fly-tipping! We aim to team up with the local council to recommend and endorse dynamic strategies, sharing vital feedback, exciting updates, and helpful guidelines to rally and inform our community.
