IRC Survey - FixMyStreet - Fly-tipping
The Bulletin B30-07-01 is a Presentation in preparation for further discussions with PCC. It demonstrates the issues across all Wards in Peterborough where residents report GENERAL FLY-TIPPING using the FixMyStreet App. The Bulletin also includes the reports submitted by the public for general fly-tipping in July, August and up to 15th September 2025. Any comments and ideas to help tackle fly-tipping would be most appreciated to provide Feedback to the Council.

Following on from a post on FixMyStreet for General Fly-tipping the post was rejected on the grounds of being on private land. However, there is then an option to go to the environment agency to report if that fly-tip has and risk to the general public by attracting vermin etc...it also include a Mattress. IRC reported that there is a Mattress at this particular fly-tip but as of yet the fly-tip remains and is attracting more items. So the issue is that unlike FixMyStreet which has a feedback on progress and results it appears the environment agency does not have any feedback to the public.
