The IRC and Peterborough Litter  Wombles (PLW) work together alongside Peterborough City Council to evaluate the necessity for more public bins on litter-prone paths.

 

Although Lamp Post Bags provide a temporary fix, it's clear that additional bins, maintained by local authorities, are essential.
